People decide with their eyes before they ever walk in.

504 Media Co. films restaurants, salons and gyms across New Orleans and the Northshore. A half day at your place, twelve short-form videos delivered inside a week, shot and edited by the same person who took your call.

  • WhereYour location. We bring lights, cameras, audio and the shot list.
  • What you sayWritten for you before we arrive. You read it back in your own words.
  • WhenEdited, captioned and in your hands within a week of the shoot.
Show me work for:

Three kinds of business, and that is on purpose.

We stopped taking every job so we could get good at these. We already know the lighting, the timing, and what your customers are actually looking for before they book.

Restaurants & bars

Filmed around service, not through it

Food shot the way it looks at the pass, not under a ring light. We come in before doors or during the lull, work fast, and stay out of your line's way. Family restaurants are where this started — our own is in Covington.

  • 01Dish videos that make the drive across the river look worth it
  • 02Full-room energy on a Friday, cut for people deciding where to go
  • 03Specials and limited runs, turned around fast enough to still matter
  • 04The owner or chef talking about one dish, not the whole history
  • 05Menu and interior stills for delivery apps and Google Business

Beauty & med spa

Results that read clean, not clinical

Salons, barbers, lash and brow studios, injectors and med spas. The hard part is showing a result honestly and still making it look like somewhere people want to sit. We handle consent forms and shoot around your book.

  • 01Before and afters lit the same way twice, so the change is the change
  • 02Treatment explainers that answer the question people DM you
  • 03Provider introductions, because clients book a person
  • 04Process footage from a real appointment, with signed releases
  • 05Room and station stills for your booking page

Gyms & studios

Filmed during a live class without stopping it

Boxes, boutique studios, yoga and pilates, independent trainers. We shoot around members who did not sign up to be extras, and we get the room feeling full without staging it.

  • 01Class energy that shows what 6am actually feels like in the room
  • 02Coach credibility pieces — how they cue, correct and count
  • 03Member stories told by the member, not narrated over them
  • 04Challenge, intro offer and membership promos with a date on them
  • 05Equipment and floor stills so the space looks its size

Recent work

Swap each tile for your own clip and link it to the finished post.

Gym and studio work goes up here as we shoot it. Ask and we will send raw footage from a recent class.

Questions owners actually ask

Anything not here, text the number at the bottom. You will get a person.

Who do you work with?+

Restaurants and bars, salons and med spas, gyms and studios. That is the whole list. We turned down the rest so we could stop guessing at your industry every time we set up a light.

Where are you, and how far do you come?+

New Orleans and the Northshore, no travel charge. Baton Rouge and the Gulf Coast we will quote with a small fee for fuel and the drive.

Do I have to know what to say on camera?+

No. You get the lines before the shoot, and on the day we feed them to you one at a time. Most owners read them once and then say it better in their own words, which is what we want anyway.

Can you film without shutting down service?+

Yes, and we prefer it. We shoot before doors, during the afternoon lull, or from the edges during service. Nothing goes on a table that a guest is waiting for, and we work around your expo, not through it.

Do I need a food stylist?+

No. Your kitchen plates it the way a guest gets it and we light it properly. If a dish needs a second plate-up because the first one sat too long, we will ask, and that plate is on the shoot.

Who handles client consent for before and afters?+

We bring signed release forms to every shoot and collect them before we roll on anyone. If a client says no, they are out of the edit entirely, not blurred. Nothing is posted from a client who has not signed.

Can you shoot during real appointments?+

That is usually the best footage. We pick two or three appointments in advance, ask those clients ahead of time, and stay out of the provider's working space. Your book does not change.

Will filming disrupt a class?+

No. We set up before members arrive, put a sign at the door, and shoot from the perimeter. Anyone who does not want to be filmed tells us on the way in and we keep them out of frame.

Do you need the gym empty?+

The opposite. An empty gym looks like a gym nobody goes to. We film your busiest class and, if we need clean equipment shots, grab those in the twenty minutes after it clears.

How fast do I get it back?+

Short-form is in your hands within seven days. The cinema-camera brand piece takes ten to fourteen. If you have a launch date, say so when you book and we will work backward from it.

How do I get the files?+

A private gallery link. Vertical for Reels and TikTok, horizontal where you need it, photos in web and print sizes. The link stays live for sixty days, so download them.

Do I own what you shoot?+

Once the invoice is paid, yes — ads, website, print, anywhere. We only ask to keep a piece or two in our own portfolio.

How long am I locked in?+

You are not. Thirty days rolling. Give a month's notice and anything already scheduled still gets delivered.

What if I need to move the date?+

More than 48 hours out, free — we move you to the next open day. Inside 48 hours there is a rebooking fee, because the day was held for you.

Do you do weddings or portraits?+

Not under this name. That work runs through Khatagraphy, which is a separate brand with a separate calendar. Ask and we will point you there.

Tell us what you run.

Say what your place is, what you want people to see, and roughly when. You will get back a shot list and a price, not a proposal deck.
